Before joining UMS, Marcus led multi-regional sales operations for top medical manufacturers, securing major contracts and building award-winning teams. His expertise spans advanced wound care, biologics, surgical solutions, and diagnostics—giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the clinical and business sides of the industry.
At UMS, Marcus is responsible for overseeing nationwide sales strategy, mentoring regional managers, and ensuring that our innovative medical products reach the providers and patients who need them most. He is passionate about equipping sales professionals with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed—emphasizing ethical selling, collaborative teamwork, and solution-based selling strategies.
Outside of work, Marcus enjoys competitive cycling, traveling with his family, and volunteering with youth mentorship programs. His leadership style reflects his personal values: discipline, integrity, and a commitment to empowering others to reach their potential.
