As a lead strategist and educator at Universal Med Solutions, Jacob brings a rare combination of real-world experience, strategic foresight, and hands-on care to every partnership. His work goes far beyond selling products—he equips clinicians and sales professionals with the confidence, tools, and insight to truly transform outcomes at the bedside and beyond.

With more than a decade in the wound care space, Jacob has worked alongside physicians, nurses, administrators, and sales teams in a wide range of healthcare settings—from hospitals and LTACs to outpatient clinics and home health environments. He understands what it takes to earn the trust of providers: showing up consistently, delivering solutions, and always keeping the patient at the center.

Jacob is known for teaching reps and clinicians alike how to navigate the "human" side of healthcare—balancing data with empathy, education with execution. He mentors professionals on how to lead with respect, follow up with integrity, and close deals by truly solving problems, not just presenting products.
